This 11 minutes Lower Body stretches, acupressure, and reflexology exercises will promote healthy blood circulation and Qi the positive energy. Performing these routine movements will detox and open up the meridian energy channels to your vital organs(stomach, spleen, Kidney bladder, liver, and gallbladder), and will work to counter the effects of sitting.

It was formed by a group Chinese doctors and fitness professionals and has been practiced by a billion people in China over the last half-century. This rejuvenating series from ancient China combines massage, acupressure, and low impact body movements to stimulate the meridian energy channels of the body. It benefits the body both internally and externally by stretching the musculoskeletal structure and promoting increased blood flow, energy and vitality.
This series of movements is specifically designed for shoulder and neck stiffness. It is a perfect way to start a busy day off right or to release fatigue from a long day at work. It is most effective when practiced consistently over a period of time.
Energy Wave was developed from Yi Jin Jing (易筋经), an ancient Chinese manual. Yi Jin means eliminating the hidden illnesses from the body and strengthening the body’s weaknesses. It especially benefits people who suffer from paralysis, high blood pressure, arthritis, cataracts and loss of balance. The Energy Wave exercise promotes and balances the body’s blood and Qi energy. An ocean wave is gentle but powerful, and so is the Energy Wave exercise when it is performed on a consistent daily basis.
This 10-minute strengthening exercise is perfect for relieving lower back pain, early morning stiffness, or tightness from sitting too long. It is most effective when practiced consistently over a period of time.
YangQi is positive energy, it is your inner strength. The Chinese believe that when sections of the meridian energy channels are blocked, illness and disease occur. This is especially true of YangQi. There are two vital acupressure points associated with the Yang Meridian energy channel: Baihui (百会穴), which is located at the top of your head, and Dazhui (大椎穴), which is located on the upper section of the spine. Perform these 4 simple movements in the morning before you start work, or in the afternoon when you need to boost your inner strength and positive energy.
